Building a Strong Foundation
For more than 50 years, AdventHealth has provided in-house behavioral health care—unique among hospitals in Greater Kansas City. But as demand grows, so does the need for expanded services.
In February 2023, we completed Phase I of our $15 million capital campaign—an important step toward our vision of becoming the region’s trusted destination for behavioral well-being.
Here’s what your generosity will make possible:
Inpatient Renovation — Creating a more healing, intentional, and welcoming environment on the 6th floor of AdventHealth Shawnee Mission Hospital Tower II.
Prairie View Renovation — Expanding outpatient services in a single, dedicated space to improve prevention, assessment, and continuity of care.
This work has already touched countless lives, and we’re nearly halfway to reaching our campaign goal.
Donors also benefit from the Kansas Community Service Tax Credit Program, allowing contributions to go further while providing meaningful tax advantages.
